The reservation is personal :
The person having reserved must obligatorily be present during the stay. If accompanying them are not same family the names, first names, ages must be mentioned on the contract of reservation. (For all people minors, a parental authorization will be requested from the arrival.) In the event of nonrespect of this one, this last will be cancelled automatically without allowance nor refunding. The reservation is maintained 24 H after the fixed date. The versed sums are not refunded if the contract is not honoured.
Attention will be accepted, only the people named on the contract.
The signatory commits himself respecting the rules of procedure (herewith)

Insurance :
The tenant is held to be assured civil liability covering the damage for water, the fire, the broken windows, like any act of ill will.

Period of hiring: Saturday between 15 H and 20 H at Saturday up to 10 H for the hirings.

Reservations:
The reservation becomes effective only after reception of a cheque of 15 € of expenses of file and of a second cheque of 30 % of the total amount of the stay for the hirings of mobil home.

Payment:
The pay of the hiring is completely payable the day of the arrival. No reduction will be authorized in the case of a delayed arrival or an anticipated departure.
The local tax is not included in our tariffs and remains with the load tenant with the tariff in force.

Cancellation:
For any parvenu cancellation 60 days before the date of hiring, it will be refunded 70 % of the down payments versed. At the end of this period, the down payments will not be refundable any more.

!!!! Guarantee:
A guarantee of 250 € (by cheque) and 50 € (in cash) by mobil-home or country cottage to you will be asked for the day of your arrival, the 50 € will be restored to you according to the inventory of fixtures and the 250 € returned by the post office next Monday. Any missing or degraded material will be retained on the guarantee according to our tariffs. A varying sum of 15 € and 50 € will be retained if the complete housework would not have been done the day of the departure.

Animals: held leaves some with notebook tattooing and anti-rabic notebook vaccine.
