Here in a few words environment of the Saint-Méen camp-site.
(it is very flat and we rent bicycles)
Around, there are only fields.
To 300 m the sea which one reaches by a small way which crosses
a space protected from the littoral.
To 50 m, an adventure playground with structures gonflabes,
some can reach 10 m in height (see the photographs)
To 50 m it is new this year: a minigolf
To 100 m, a surface Paint-Ball (for those which want to play
war with balls of painting)
To 150 m,un ranch (with a restaurant pizzeria) to go for
walks with horse or pony.
To 250 m, the market every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
in July and August only.
To 250 m, a stop of bus connecting the edge of sea to the
station of Béziers and other villages neighbourhood.
To 300 m, a small train makes the shuttle with the center
of Valras (apart 3 km)tous the days and every hour of 9h at midnight
To 1000 m, the port of Vendres makes it possible to launch
its boat, there are also oyster producers and moulds which sell their product
on the spot.
The river AUDE which is thrown in the sea makes it possible
to fish along her banks until 1 km inside the grounds without licence.
To 1500 m, the pond of Vendres where one can make beautiful
ballade with foot or in VTT (marked out way).
To 3 km, a circuit of karting.
To 6 km, one limps of night lost in the medium of the vines
with a free shuttle service for our young people fêtards (there are of them
2 others with 4kms in Valras).
To 6 km the pretty small village of Vendres which dominates
the pond.
On the level of the activities to the beach, there are schools
of veil, diving,la possibility of renting jet-skis, one rescue station with
height of the camp-site.
Many wine fields propose their vintages.
In the camp-site,il has there a grocer, a restoring bar,
a kitchen proposing of the prepared dishes, a gaming room with flippers, plays
vidéos, billiards, table-tennis table
And of course a ludic swimming pool like one says now, i.e.
with a corner balneotherapy, a cascade, a geyser, a mushroom, a small island
connected by a small wood bridge.
Lastly, further, with 100 km, the Spanish border (1h by the
motorway), where everyone goes at least once during its stay for dépayser, (certains
to supply itself)
